Freeman, who has a decade of experience in managing healthcare programs worldwide, was previously technical advisor at Population Services International, a leading global health organization with programs targeting malaria, child survival, HIV and reproductive health.

Anne C. Whitaker joined Sanofi as president, North America, pharmaceuticals and member of the Global Management Committee. Formerly of Glaxo SmithKline, Whitaker has been a senior vice president and business unit head of Cardiovascular, Metabolic and Urology since 2009. Prior to that, she was senior vice president of leadership and organization development of GSK’s London office.
Advanced Health Media named James Burgess its new chief executive officer. Burgess brings over 25 years of experience in the information technology and services industry to AHM, whose service offerings are technology-based. Most recently, Burgess was president and CEO of Healthland. He has also served as president and CEO of Mediware Information Systems, and before that as general manager of the health information systems division of 3M.
