PM360 is seeking the best medical and healthcare industry advertising in 2018. All entries will be posted on our website and your industry colleagues will then vote for their favorite ads. The winners will be featured in PM360’s January 2019 Issue.
Eligibility: Any work in the life sciences industry (pharma, biotech, med device) released any time between June 2017 and October 2018.
Categories: Submissions can be made in the following categories:
- Animal Health
- Consumer Website
- DTC/DTP (Print)
- Professional Campaign (Print)
- Professional Website
- Sales Aid
- Social Media
- Variety (Anything that doesn’t fit in the above categories)
Disclaimer: PM360 may move entries to a more suitable category, if necessary, at our discretion.
Entry Fee: The cost per entry is $325, and there are no restrictions on the amount of submissions. One completed entry form (see link in the tab at the top of the page) must accompany each entry.
FINAL EXTENDED Deadline: October 24, 2018
Submissions Guidelines: Each submission only requires very basic information (including the Agency/Company Name, Contact Person, Contact Information, Title of Entry, and the Client/Brand), along with the media files that will represent your campaign on the voting site. Absolutely no written submission is necessary for submission. Each campaign will be evaluated by voters solely based on the campaign materials.
Media File Guidelines: All ad files must conform to the below described specifications.
Each entry must include a featured image. This static image is what users will first see on the entry directory voting website. Featured images must be provided for all entry types including websites and video submissions.
Besides the feature image, you can submit up to four additional images. Once a voter clicks on your feature image on the voting site, they will be able to scroll through your additional images and/or videos as well as click any links you provide to outside sites.
Print Advertisment Entry Specifications:
- File Format: JPEG, GIF, or PNG. We don’t not accept PDFs, so please convert to an image file before entering.
- Image Size: Suggested minimum size is 900 x 1200 pixels. Image Resolution: 96 Pixels ppi.
Interactive / Rich Media:
Please provide a URL for interactive pieces.
Videos should be hosted on either Vimeo or YouTube and cannot be password protected. Please provide a link to the video as well as a screenshot. If you are hosting the video on Vimeo make sure to set your privacy settings to allow the pm360online.com domain.
If you would like us to host, please provide the video assets via our ftp server. Videos hosted by us, will be hosted on Vimeo. They will not be available on the Vimeo website to the general public and will only be allowed to play on pm360online. However, these videos cannot have password protection. The videos should be 1280 x 720 with a 2 Mbps Bit Rate; 15 fps (Frame Rate) and 32-bit Color Depth.

Provide screenshot as well as a URL to the website or app. You can also submit a video of the app that runs through its various features.
