IQVIA’s real-time digital behavioral insights, powered by Audience Identity Manager® XR (AIM XR) technology, takes omnichannel marketing to the next level by fueling personalized customer engagements at scale. By capturing healthcare providers’ (HCPs) digital information needs, IQVIA enables brands to optimize digital and field engagements and build meaningful relationships with HCPs.

Talent Development

All IQVIA staff have access to Career Connections, an innovative internal talent marketplace that offers AI-powered personalized suggestions to help employees expand skills and achieve career aspirations. Additionally, many staff also benefit from the IQVIA Learning Academy, a program that provides a clear view into in-demand skills and pathways to build those skills for future career possibilities.

This year, IQVIA Digital Enablement also launched their 100% employee-led Culture Council, which serves as a trusted advisory group in support of the growth and development of their business, providing guidance, education, and insights that will strengthen and impact their culture. The core pillars of this council include Learning and Development, Rewards and Recognition, Networking, and Communications.

Social Responsibility

Throughout the last year and a half, IQVIA Digital has continued to prioritize their support to employees and their families during this time of conflict overseas. In 2022, their leadership immediately activated a team to help ensure the safety and well-being of their staff. They created “Send Word Now” for employees to easily provide daily updates of health and safety through ongoing communications. IQVIA also provided emergency accommodations, financial assistance, workplace options, and other employee assistance programs for all employees traveling outside of Ukraine.

Teams at IQVIA Digital also ended 2022 with a charity challenge to donate their time, clothes, supplies, and money to over 15 organizations across the U.S. As part of the challenge, the team held local service meetups in NYC for trash pickups, and in Austin, to make enrichment toys for the pets at the Austin Humane Society.

More than 200 members of the team also gathered in Philadelphia to build and donate bikes to The Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia.
