Precision Value & Health launched Navigator365 Cx Benchmark in Q3 2022 as the newest addition to the Navigator365 suite of HCP insight products providing the tools and evidence clients require to answer their key business questions. In 2023, new and expanded product features were added.
The research: Navigator365 Cx Benchmark harnesses syndicated primary research among physicians enabling clients to assess and improve their omnichannel leadership and customer experience (Cx) through brand-level HCP insights. First, the client confirms the name of their brand, after which up to six key competitor brands are added. Precision Value & Health then initiates the HCP market research in line with the right indication and country. The final deliverable is a comprehensive report containing key findings and actionable insights at the channel, functional (marketing, sales, medical, patient), and overall customer experience level.
Actionable insights: Ultimately, Navigator365 Cx Benchmark delivers actionable customer experience and competitor insights that allows clients to answer key questions such as: How do physicians rate our brand’s overall omnichannel engagement quality vs. our competitors? Which strategic channel and content decisions should we take in order to boost customer experience and business impact? And which content attributes should we prioritize? With this knowledge, users can take the right strategic channel and content optimization decisions versus their key competitors.
Scope and future enhancements: To date, Precision Value & Health has conducted Navigator365 Cx Benchmark studies in 15 countries worldwide, covering 31 medical indications, and 140 brands from 92 pharma companies. In 2024, self-service tools will be added to allow for cross-market comparison and time trend analysis.
