Over the course of a multi-decade career, Pro has driven strategic excellence and organizational change at disruptive agencies including Digitas and Ogilvy, leading the evolution of new modes of framing brand value through customer engagement for industry-leading clients across healthcare, technology, finance, and consumer goods including American Express, IBM, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and GSK.
During one of his many successes at The Bloc, Pro led the creation and development of a groundbreaking animal-health engagement platform—a personalized learning and engagement platform with over 140 scenario-based videos, resources, and peer connections designed to drive corporate brand loyalty among emerging veterinarians. More than 80% of the targeted customer universe enrolled in year one, and the platform still serves as a long-term relationship strategy that has fundamentally differentiated the client company.
