Ashley Andert is the Director of Recruitment for VMS BioMarketing, a company delivering patient and provider engagements through its network of Clinical Nurse Educators. With a keen eye for recognizing top talent, Ashley leads all recruiting operations: sourcing both top-level clinical and non-clinical personnel; providing leadership and coaching to the recruitment and external teams she manages; defining clear performance goals, objectives, and metrics; designing clinical profiles and interview processes for new network launches; participating in core and sub-teams for every launch of a new clinical educator network; and more.

Prior to joining VMS, she worked for four years as Senior IT Recruiter at Pinnacle Partners where she was a top-producing recruiter who consistently exceeded year-to-date gross margin goals. Her ability to leverage recruiting resources from online tools to networking ensures that VMS obtains best-in-class talent. Throughout her seven years at the company, she has built customized recruitment processes across the organization. For example, she researched and implemented a new talent management suite (ATS, onboarding, and performance management), and she managed integrations with LinkedIn Recruiter and Predictive Index.
