PM360 2022 Trailblazer Awards Supplier/Vendor of the Year GoodRx

GoodRx’s mission is to provide Americans—regardless of income or insurance status—the knowledge, choice, and care they need to stay healthy by improving access to affordable healthcare. Trusted by over 100 million patients and 825,000 providers, GoodRx ranks #1 in consumer trust of digital healthcare brands.

Innovation

Through the GoodRx App, savings cards, and their website, GoodRx has saved Americans over $35 billion on prescriptions and avoid $60 million in hospitalization costs since 2011.

GoodRx’s technology allows providers to offer affordable drugs and to assess patient health via chat or video, and has enabled 80 million prescriptions to be filled that would otherwise be unaffordable.

GoodRx has recently created unique tools for healthcare providers to better care for their patients. GoodRx products help HCPs with technology to access more affordable drugs that have a proven impact on drug adherence or the capability to assess patient health via chat or video. GoodRx employs a deep bench of medical advisors to deliver healthcare news written by fellow HCPs with essential updates in research, healthcare costs and trends, and career advice.

Talent Development

GoodRx commits to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within its company and industry by hiring and cultivating teams of people from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

GoodRx provides quality benefits to employees such as health insurance, retirement plans, mental health support, parental leave, generous time off policy, and professional development programs all at their new office space in Santa Monica, complete with library, coffee bars, and other perks for employees.

The efforts of GoodRx to support and value their employees is demonstrated by the five employer awards won in 2022 and 12 awards in 2021, and the Best Leadership Teams, Best Marketing Team, Best Engineering Team, and Best Places to Work In Los Angeles awards in 2022.

Social Responsibility

“GoodRx Helps,” the philanthropic arm of the company, works to address health inequities across all 50 states by delivering resources and education to help those who are unable to access healthcare due to systemic barriers. The “GoodRx Helps” program holds events to help improve access to fresh healthy foods in underserved communities, provides education on heart health to those who suffer from hypertension at higher rates, and provides essential healthcare screenings and vaccinations to underserved areas.

The program also provides healthcare scholarships to support the careers of students from underrepresented groups in healthcare so they can advance health equity in their fields and for their patients. These scholarships include Equity in Pharmacy, Future Black Physicians, and Physician Associates and Nurses for Change.

Staff also receive GoodRx funds to donate to the charity of their choice with the Good To Give benefit.
