    Aaron Grandy is a Global Market Access Engagement Manager at Alira Health where he has led projects involving a broad range of Market Access topics and regularly supports multiple global and local market access teams in communicating and understanding the value of their products. Prior to moving into consulting, Aaron held a Global Market Access position at Novartis in Basel, Switzerland. Aaron is also an aspiring entrepreneur and has a start-up in Nigeria called GoMed, which aims to alleviate access barriers for medicines for African patients by digitally empowering local community pharmacies. Aaron holds a PhD in Molecular Biology (Oncology) awarded from the German Cancer Research Centre (DKFZ) and the University of Heidelberg, Germany, and an MBA from the EAE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.

    Ahmad Bechara is Managing Partner, Global Market Access at Alira Health. Prior to joining Alira Health, Ahmad was a Director at Wellmera AG with over 18 years of experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and academic research. Ahmad has developed multiple access and launch strategies for global and local teams and submitted dossiers to the World Health Organization. Ahmad holds a PhD in Genetics and Neuroscience from the University of Claude Bernard in Lyon.
