An article titled “Guideline clarifies first-line treatment for allergic rhinitis” (published February 2, 2015) misstated the guideline for the use of intranasal antihistamines. The sentence should have read, “Clinicians may offer intranasal antihistamines for patients with seasonal, perennial or episodic allergic rhinitis.”
