In a highly collaborative process between agency, brand, and MRL teams, AbbVie and LiveWorld launched a Facebook ads program helping educate patients on managing hypothyroidism with Synthroid. Starting with creative rooted in strategy and informed by patient insights, we expanded the brand voice and saw increased engagement and website visits.
