His recent work at CMI Media Group includes the evolution of its Empower™ operating system, a tech solution that unifies industry leading tools and features into a SaaS-enabled, modular, agile, and innovative framework. It is the first of its kind operating system, built specifically for the health marketplace, and designed to unlock the power of data-driven media strategy and seamless execution within a transparent and collaborative interface.

The operating system is built on 30+ years of leadership in the development of award-winning omnichannel solutions and services, and pairs them with newly developed applications that continue to drive better engagement and outcomes for health and life science brands.

Additionally, Oleg led the expansion of CMI Media Group and Compas’ use of custom AI services and support for clients as part of an ongoing focus on impactful innovation.
