Clinical trials may utilize recruitment criteria that does not accurately reflect the wide variety of patient lifestyles in clinical practice.
The 2017 PMSA Winter Symposium will focus on Real Word Data. Real World Data involves merging fragmented data sources on real patients into a coherent narrative on their experience with a drug, combining elements of anonymized data from sources such as insurance claims, electronic health records, patient registries, administrative data, social media, and physician notes.
