(OTCQB: UEEC) announced that it has entered into a 5 year contract with Total Resources International (TRI) as a United States Specialty and Retail Distributor. The contract guarantees minimum purchases of United Health Products Inc.’s HemoStyp® products with yearly increases over the previous year. The contract calls for 150,000 trauma pads, 500,000 boxes of HemoStrips® and an exclusive distribution of UHP’s HemoStrip® with metal detectable fabric for the food industry that can be easily detected if the strip were to fall off during processing or preparation. Sales generated from this contract are a minimum of three million dollars for year 1 and expected to gross over 20 million dollars in sales during the life of the contract.
