Since FDA approval in 2018, DUPIXENT for Asthma has been on a relentless mission to evolve alongside its audience. In a crowded and competitive space filled with lookalike messages and nearly indistinguishable clinical claims, complacency is not an option. The DUPIXENT Asthma consumer website must break through with more than just another treatment story. The mission continues to be to transform how patients and caregivers experience and understand biologics aiming to make complex science digestible, accessible, and emotionally resonant for those navigating the realities of asthma.

The website speaks to modern consumers—patients and caregivers—who expect seamless, relevant, and personalized digital experiences. These individuals are active participants in their or their child’s health, searching for immediate answers and authentic support. They’re not looking to scroll endlessly; they’re looking to take control with clear actionable steps. The challenge with the team’s most recent website refresh was threefold:

    • Differentiate in a clinically crowded market.
    • Educate in spite of clinical complexity and low health literacy (targeting ~3rd grade readability).
    • Inspire action—whether that meant initiating a conversation with a doctor about DUPIXENT or staying on treatmenlot longer.

The overall strategy was to focus on clarity, speed-to-meaning, and empowerment. Results seen included keyword count increasing by ~37% and accessibility score improving from 77 to 80. Sitewide gains included sessions up by ~50%, pageviews up by ~48%, and engagement up by ~36%. However, even more important, moments of connection—when a patient feels seen, supported, and empowered—are the true measure of success, and the team received a plethora of positive feedback.
