By the time many of you receive this October 2012 issue of PM360, it will have been approximately one month since our annual Trailblazer Awards Gala (this year at Guastavino’s at the Bridgemarket in New York City), and I must admit that I’m still feeling the buzz from our hugely successful sold-out event. The pharmaceutical industry’s best and brightest (and most attractive, if the photos starting on page 50 are any indication) enjoyed the cocktail party, the awards ceremony and dinner, and the after-party dancing. For me, it was a thrill handing out our Trailblazer Awards to so many creative and innovative people, and I’m already looking forward to another amazing event next year.

Steve Jobs was quoted as saying, “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.” With that spirit in mind, our December 2012 issue of PM360 Magazine will feature the industry’s groundbreakers and masterminds who have built a platform for success for today’s challenges in our first ever Innovation Special Issue. We’ll be highlighting new companies, products, services, and divisions, and pharma’s most innovative people, so if you and or your company qualify, send us your information to be front and center for pharma to see who is shaping the industry today.
