PULMATRiX

“Lung Flight” Branding

PULMATRiX, through its new generation of pulmonary-delivered therapies, is developing transformational medicines for patients with serious disease. Its iSPERSE™ technology, based on innovative particle engineering, delivers both respiratory and non-respiratory therapies via inhaled therapeutics.

So, the lungs became the focal point for this new approach. We created a fresh, new abstract lung-shaped icon and placed it atop the chests of various patients. By so doing, we reinforce the respiratory aspect of the therapy’s delivery. The headline typography has been created with an aerodynamic feel, additionally emphasizing the idea of inhalation. The imagery represents the possibility of a new direction for patients previously facing serious disease. They’ll work. They’ll shop. Perhaps they’ll breathe easier about their futures.

Currently, this new branding is driving the recently launched website—pulmatrix.com—created by QBFox and will be used as an internal campaign throughout the company’s offices to continue to inspire staff in all disciplines to keep the patient foremost in their thinking.
