PM360 Announces Judy Gold as Host of the 2015 Trailblazer Awards Gala
The Emmy Award-winning Actress and Comedian Will MC the September 25th Event
NEW YORK, NY, September 10, 2015 — The seventh-annual PM360 Trailblazer Awards will be hosted by Emmy Award-winning actress and comedian Judy Gold. Established in 2009 by leading health-marketing trade magazine PM360, the Trailblazer Awards are given to outstanding companies, marketers and brand managers representing the best the industry has to offer. Judy Gold will bring her unique brand of humor to the event honoring this year’s finalists and winners on September 25th at Gotham Hall at 1356 Broadway in New York City.
Judy Gold has written and starred in two critically acclaimed, long-running Off-Broadway hit shows: The Judy Show – My Life As A Sitcom, (New York Times critic’s pick) and 25 Questions for a Jewish Mother, which won the 2007 GLAAD award for Outstanding New York Theater. Judy has guest starred on “Louie,” “The Jim Gaffigan Show,” “30 Rock,” “2 Broke Girls,” “The Big C” and “Sex & The City,” to name a few. She frequently appears on “The Wendy Williams Show” as well as co-hosting “The View.” She has had stand-up specials on HBO (Cable Ace Award), Comedy Central and LOGO. Judy’s weekly podcast “Kill Me Now” has received accolades for her interviewing skills, and she is the host of the Funny People series at the 92nd Street Y. The Trailblazer Awards Gala is a black-tie event that annually attracts more attendees from the pharmaceutical industry than any other industry event. More than 500 people attended last year’s sold out affair, which offers the industry both an incredible networking opportunity as well as a chance to celebrate the past year’s achievements with plenty of cocktails, a fabulous three-course meal, and chance to show off your dance moves.
PM360 will also be honoring industry icon Timothy G. Rothwell, former Chairman, President and CEO of Sanofi US and current Chairman Emeritus of the Pheo-Para Alliance, a not-for-profit organization, with the 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award.
