As a full-service agency of record in the healthcare space, Imre has historically encountered suboptimal efficiency with campaign analysis, particularly within the data ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Load) process. To address this critical need for efficiency, the Imre team conceptualized and developed the Imre Data Management System (DMS). In developing the DMS, the team set out to achieve better time efficiency, gain real-time platform insights, increase taxonomy cleansing efficiency, and centralize dashboard access, striving to revolutionize program analysis for Imre’s brand partners.
To overcome historical inefficiencies, Imre employed a transformative approach that reduced ETL time from 10-to-20 hours to less than one hour. By automating data collection, they eliminated manual errors, saved valuable time, and allowed their team to focus on strategic initiatives. The implementation of Fivetran and Databricks addressed the focus on real-time insights across multiple platforms, providing instantaneous updates on campaign performance. The addition of a user-friendly, centralized dashboard accessible to all relevant internal teams was crucial, consolidating insights from various platforms (Meta, TikTok, Adobe Analytics), providing real-time data. Additionally, the integration of Generative AI-powered insights through Tableau platform enhanced analytics capabilities, offering a deeper understanding of campaign dynamics.
Imre’s DMS platform delivered remarkable results, primarily through significant time-saving efficiencies, which led to a more reliable dataset, reducing the likelihood of errors associated with manual processes. The centralized dashboard allowed teams to track campaign pacing in real time and created a more collaborative working environment for everyone using the DMS.
