BioCryst AAAAI Booth Experience (BioCryst and Evoke Mind+Matter)

Orladeyo, the only targeted oral therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE), was set to premier at the 2021 American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI) Annual Meeting.

BioCryst sought Evoke Mind+Matter’s expertise to create an impactful virtual experience for Orladeyo—that overcame the limitations of an online conference during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Because Orladeyo defies all expectation, the strategy had to follow suit. To enhance the engagement, Evoke Mind+Matter built a 3D booth with 360-degree visibility. The innovative experience leveraged booth template panels as ad space that drove users to an optimized experience on an external site. Navigation, engaging video, and links to critical content gave the online experience the feel of being at the meeting. It even offered the ability to directly connect with brand representatives.

The experience surpassed expectations: 60% of conference attendees visited, 67% downloaded brochures, and one in four visitors clicked to hear a speaker session.
