P360 launched the ZING Engagement Suite to help pharmaceutical sales teams seamlessly engage with today’s hard-to-reach HCPs at scale. The suite is designed to enhance existing communication channels with features including text messaging, two-way voice and video calling, onscreen collaboration and form sharing, inbound communications with QR code scanning, artificial intelligence assistance, signature capture, easy access integrations, and more. All these features are housed in a platform that requires no app downloads, no user logins, and utmost convenience for busy HCPs.
The ZING Engagement Suite addresses all the pain points associated with traditional HCP engagement methods by enabling pharmaceutical sales and marketing teams to engage with HCPs on their standard mobile phones without the need for a special app. That includes exchanging SMS messages with HCPs, where HCPs receive messages on their mobile devices via SMS or WhatsApp and sales reps are provided with compliance-approved templates and content. Or by engaging in two-way voice calling where reps are equipped with personalized phone numbers with local area codes for each territory.
The ZING Engagement Suite is a robust, first-of-its-kind unified communications as a service (UCaaS) platform that enables pharmaceutical sales teams to engage with healthcare professionals and patients via multiple modalities without barriers. This is something physicians have been asking for—based on physician surveys, communication with life sciences reps has become inefficient.
