PM360 2021 Trailblazer Awards Supplier/Vendor of the Year DeepIntent

DeepIntent was conceived by former Memorial Sloan Kettering data scientists with the core belief that marketing technology can measurably improve the lives of patients. Built purposefully for healthcare marketers, DeepIntent’s market-leading innovations empower healthcare marketers to reach 1.6M+ verified healthcare providers and 300M+ patients in a HIPAA-compliant way. In one single platform, marketers can effectively plan and scale provider and patient campaigns with real-world clinical data; activate campaigns immediately across every channel and device within curated, premium, brand safe inventory from thousands of endemic and non-endemic media partners; and optimize and measure campaigns toward business outcomes in real time with patented technology.

Innovation

The company launched DeepIntent Outcomes™ earlier this year. Within their digital platform, the new feature empowers marketers to measure and algorithmically optimize live campaigns toward the metrics that matter. Based on the industry’s most comprehensive, timely, and actionable clinical data sets available, these metrics include audience quality, diagnosed patient visits, total prescriptions (TRx), new prescriptions (NRx), and new-to-brand prescriptions (NBRx).

Another 2021 innovation is Audience Marketplace, the first and only health data ecosystem featuring ready-to-activate and custom audience segments curated by leading digital health data providers and publishers. Cookieless by design, Audience Marketplace enables marketers to pull in HIPAA-compliant data from a variety of medical and pharmacy claims and activate them directly within the platform.

Talent Development

DeepIntent has experienced such explosive growth over the past two years that the majority of its employees actually joined the company remotely during the pandemic. As a result, DeepIntent has a strong virtual onboarding as well as a flexible work model that continues to be remote-friendly even as the company prepares to return to its New York City office. To that end, employees are offered stipends for setting up their WFH stations to ensure everyone has the tools they need to be productive.

As the company has grown, DeepIntent employees have grown right along with it. In addition to manager-based career coaching, DeepIntent has invested in leadership development training to set everyone up for success as best as possible.

Social Responsibility

DeepIntent was founded with the core belief that marketing technology can measurably improve the lives of patients. Operating at the convergence of digital health data and digital media, DeepIntent continually innovates with that mission in mind, building solutions that deliver relevant advertising to healthcare providers and patient audiences, helping them make more informed decisions about treatment options, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Shortly after joining the company, DeepIntent’s VP of Talent Operations outlined an employee promise called ROOTS that stands for respect, openness, opportunity, trust, succeeding together. These core values underpin the company’s commitment to create a diverse, inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
