Founded in 2017, Solve.Care focuses on harnessing blockchain technology to improve access to healthcare while simultaneously reducing healthcare administration costs and limiting waste, abuse, and fraud. The company’s healthcare-on-blockchain platform facilitates safe and secure peer-to-peer transactions that place power in the hands of individuals and empowers payers with cost control and oversight. The result—healthcare that’s more affordable and easier for all.

This year, Solve.Care solidified their standing as a leader in using blockchain healthcare technology and integrating the technology to help stakeholders deliver better care. Through major partnerships with Lyft and Uber Health, the company is working to improve access to Non-Emergency Medical Transportation to eliminate transportation barriers to medical care. Solve.Care also launched The Diabetes Care Administration Network with pharmaceutical giant, Boehringer Ingelheim, to improve the well-being of patients with diabetes who have an increased risk for cardiovascular disease. The network will use Care.Wallets, a proprietary tool created by Solve.Care, to help patients optimize and coordinate care with their families and physicians.

Further accomplishments include Solve.Care’s largest client Arizona Care Network (ACN) winning an Innovation Award from the National Association of Accountable Care Organizations for their implementation of Solve.Care’s Care.Wallet for Physicians.

ACN’s use of Care.Wallet is the first case in history where blockchain technology with a digital token is being used by a healthcare network to incentivize providers. Solve.Care’s platform is helping ACN improve provider performance for better patient health outcomes whereby ACN can set and distribute financial rewards to providers, driving Solve.Care’s mission to improve population health at a lower total cost of care. Through this partnership, Solve.Care reaches more than 5,000 physicians and more than 300,000 patients.
