PM360 asked Brian Peters, VP, Marketing, Medexus Pharma about the place he just can’t stop returning to.

My Odyssey: “The City of Lights”—Paris, France! Between business and pleasure, I have been to Paris over a dozen times and it never gets old! I fell in love with Paris my first time there more than 20 years ago and it is arguably my favorite city in the world. I last visited in July 2022 with the family. Walking is the best way to see the various distinct neighborhoods and experience Paris. You really get a feel for the city that way—and it’s the best way to people watch!

My Recommendation: The museums are some of the best in the world, make sure you make reservations in advance. My personal favorite is the Musée d’Orsay; it’s much easier to get around than the Louvre. But the Louvre has the classics and is a must see as well. As corny as it sounds, take a dinner river cruise on the Seine with Bateaux Parisiens…the food is fabulous and the Eiffel Tower at night is breathtaking. One of my favorite restaurants is a small place on Rue Saint-Louis en l’Île called L’Orangerie Paris, you can sit at François Truffaut’s favorite table.
