With 20 successful years of marketing plan experience, Chris Mycek joins Cadient in the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer. Prior to Cadient, he began his career in marketing at Johnson & Johnson and was responsible for expanding the healthcare practices at several companies including Digitas Health, imc2, RealAge, Revolution Health and, most recently, Influence Interactive. In his new role, Mycek will help clients optimize the performance of their brands and marketing initiatives.
Mark Kaplan has joined Cambridge BioMarketing as Director of Digital Strategy. He spent the last four years at RAPP, where he worked on various projects such as product launches, acquisitions, and retention programs. He also helped create a new social game that generated 2.8 million monthly users. In his new role, Kaplan will concentrate on identifying clients’ unmet needs, understanding the marketing context, and defining and integrating experiences that are useful and measurable.
The full-service indepen-dent healthcare advertising agency appointed Andrew Dunning as Vice President, Management Supervisor, and John Stacey as Vice President, Director of Digital Production. In their new roles, Dunning will focus on developing strategy and implementing integrated marketing campaigns. Stacey will manage the daily operations of Giant’s interactive department while driving expansion.
With more than 14 years in the healthcare industry, Hettie Han has rejoined Kantar Health China as Director. The new role is based in Beijing, where she will oversee the company’s marketing practices along with managing the global team to grow China’s multi-client and consulting business. Han formerly held positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Penwest, Purdue and Kunming Pharmaceuticals.

Mike Laferrera has assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of Knipper. Laferrera joined the company four years ago as a member of the sales and marketing leadership team. Now, as President, he will lead the company in its commitment to continuing as a leader in the healthcare industry through organic growth as well as acquisitions. Mike will continue to report to Jim Knipper who will still head the organization as Chief Executive Officer. Knipper will now focus more of his time on a number of growth initiatives.
The advertising agency based in Montgomeryville, PA, promoted Kimberly Clotman to Executive Vice President, Director of Client Services. In her new role Clotman will work across Roska’s accounts to share best practices, provide guidance and maintain and cultivate client relationships. In addition, she joins Roska Healthcare’s Executive Committee to contribute to the expansion of the agency’s goals and objectives. Prior to joining Roska, Clotman held positions in field sales, market research and brand management at Merck and Johnson & Johnson.
The United Kingdom-based provider of premium integrated drug discovery services appointed Craig Loftus as Vice President of Business Development – North America. He brings over 27 years of experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical and chemical outsourcing industries. Loftus previously held the role of Director, New Business Development at Onyx Scientific—UK and USA, and he will be instrumental in promoting Sygnature’s drug discovery capabilities across North America.
