IQVIA Features Industry Analysts Speaking on Future Trends and Innovation

IQVIA recently hosted a dynamic event at the Hyatt at the Bellevue in Philadelphia, providing an opportunity for attendees to hear from industry analysts on future trends and showcasing the innovative new Orchestrated Customer Experience (OCE) product.

IQIVA launched its next-generation commercial technology solution, OCE. OCE is a new category of technology that increases the coordination and collaboration between marketing, sales, medical affairs, account access, home office, and other silos within life sciences companies enabling orchestrated engagement with their customers.

More than 40 companies were represented at the event, including customers and partners, to learn how OCE enables a new commercial model within life sciences.

Healthcare and life sciences executives, analysts, and media attended IQVIA’s December 12 Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) product launch event at the Hyatt at the Bellevue in Philadelphia.
Tal Rosenberg, IQVIA SVP Global Technology Solutions, kicked off the OCE product presentation with the introduction of new technologies which will help bring enterprise software on par with the most used and beloved consumer apps.
A sophisticated presentation and OCE product demo, delivered by Richie Etwaru, Chief Digital Officer of IQVIA, had the crowd applauding throughout.
OCE provides role-specific experiences for personas such as the Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Marketing Manager, Medical Science Liaison (MSLs), and Call Center/Home Office Rep—with more to come.
As data is shared between functions through the power of OCE, traditionally slow moving information is immediately made available to all colleagues engaged with a particular customer.
