(Nasdaq:FPRX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing innovative immuno-oncology protein therapeutics, today announced that the abstract featuring data from the Phase 1a/1b clinical trial evaluating the immunotherapy combination of its CSF-1R antibody, cabiralizumab (FPA008), with Opdivo® (nivolumab), Bristol-Myers Squibb’s PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor, has been selected for a late breaking oral presentation at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 32nd Annual Meeting, being held Nov. 8-12, 2017 in National Harbor, Maryland.

This will be the first presentation of clinical data on a combination of a CSF-1R antibody and a checkpoint inhibitor, to the Company’s knowledge.

In the Phase 1a/1b trial, Five Prime and Bristol-Myers Squibb are evaluating the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of the combination in advanced solid tumors.  The presentation at the SITC Annual Meeting will focus on preliminary safety, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data as well as initial efficacy data from one of the expansion cohorts.
