During the course of the last 12 months, Ramon has continued to put Reltio on the map.
With a limited budget, and facing companies with far more resources than Reltio, he successfully challenged heavyweights such as Veeva Systems, Oracle, Informatica, and IBM in life sciences. The company’s marketing has elevated the awareness of modern data management as a must-have technology for healthcare and life sciences. In 2016, Reltio’s marketing resulted in an industry changing partnership with global healthcare information provider QuintilesIMS.
With innovative life sciences campaigns and content on the company’s website, such as “The 7 Habits of Data-driven Life Sciences Companies;” “Data is the New Lifeblood of Life Sciences;” and “Life Sciences Mightiest Heroes,” the team influenced major wins for Reltio with some of the largest life sciences organizations in the world.
A testament to Ramon’s level of production: Before the marketing team expanded, he wrote and created all content and graphics—while managing Reltio’s main website. He presented, spoke, exhibited, and demonstrated at over 32 tradeshows, briefing more than 65 analysts, and directing/creating six major in-person videos. All while handling social media—as well.
But the most remarkable thing: Beyond life sciences, Reltio can also claim to market toe-to-toe in the general technology space, winning awards against major players such as IBM, Informatica, Oracle, and SAP. Thanks to Ramon and his team, Reltio was ranked a leader in the Forrester Wave for Master Data Management (MDM)—an achievement unheard of for a young company. Reltio’s marketing team has accomplished a lot with very few resources—with Ramon leading the way.
