Vice President, Client Service
Sixteen years ago, Lynn Kirkpatrick joined Palio Communications and has made her mark on the industry ever since. She’s taken on responsibility for brands that read like a Who’s Who of the industry—GSK HIV division (Trizivir®, Combivir®), Pharmacia (Genotropin®), GSK (Immitrex®), Centocore (Orathecin®), Pfizer & EMD Serono (Rebif®), Cephalon (ACTIQ®), Takeda Oncology (VELCADE®, NINLARO®), Sanofi (ZALTRAP®), Sunesis (QINPREZO®), SIRTeX (SIR-Spheres®), Tesaro (VARUBI®, Niraparib), Janssen and AbbVie (IMBRUVICA®), and Pfizer and Astellas (XTANDI®).
Lynn’s engrained entrepreneurship came to the forefront when she built and owned a meeting planning and incentives company that served many prestigious clients, including Cephalon, GSK, the Capital District Physicians Health Plan, Pharmacia, and City National Bank. When she returned to the agency world—joining Navicor—Lynn delivered notable marketing efforts with measurable impact, winning awards from Med Ad News, PM360, and Rx Club.
After joining Snow Companies in 2015, Lynn again proved her worth as an effective leader with experience in oncology—something that is simply unmatched among agency executives. In particular, her collaborative, results-driven approach is truly a valuable asset. In the words of Mike Simone, EVP at Snow Companies:
“Lynn Kirkpatrick epitomizes hard work. Her integrity and seasoned experience makes her a great leader and formidable marketer. Lynn’s in-depth understanding of complex data in the oncology market, and keen understanding of her audience, has proven to be extremely successful in building innovative programs for her clients. She displays the ease and confidence that many today lack, and the tenacity required to challenge the status quo. Her open, honest approach and collaborative spirit is a refreshing break from the typical turf wars that can often plague teams. She is driven to succeed, and thrives on seeing the success of her team and her clients. She is the real deal, a class act, and a refreshingly direct communicator who says what she means and means what she says.”
Surely, Lynn will have more to say—and people will listen.
