Dora’s accomplishments offer considerable insight into her brilliance: She was responsible for the initial design and development of two successful, centralized in-house Media Operations and Management business units within Wyeth-Ayerst and Pharmacia from 1992 to 2003. Her extensive negotiating skills and contacts generated more than $32 million in net savings in less than three years at Pharmacia Corporation and in excess of $100 million savings at Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals in an 8-year period.
At Wyeth-Ayerst, Dora was directly responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of strategic professional media plans and buys, including competitive products for over 80 products across the majority of therapeutic categories. In fact, Dora received a first-time internal award at Wyeth, the President’s Golden Circle award—usually given only to the sales force—for saving the company money and providing quality client service.
A leader in the advertising, procurement and pharmaceutical industries, she is the recipient of many awards—including the first recipient of the Direct-to-Consumer National Top 25 Marketers Award in 2002—and an active member in professional organizations too numerous to list! Dora’s passion for client service, together with her hard work ethic, is unmatched.
