Dea leads AscellaHealth’s expansion into Europe to serve the life sciences industry worldwide. Under his direction, AscellaHealth has grown from a $1 million revenue organization to a global healthcare services partner with a recent 4-year revenue growth of 1556%.
In the current healthcare environment, Dea proactively creates programs that foster collaboration among life sciences manufacturers and payers to advance innovation, enhance access to care, and improve clinical outcomes. Under his direction, AscellaHealth partners with manufacturers around the world, enabling them to successfully commercialize therapies for complex, chronic conditions. Dea directs innovations aimed at streamlining the commercialization process for clients trying to bring emerging therapies to market and providing an ecosystem of financial support to its partners, ensuring patients have access to therapies they need for enhanced outcomes.
Dea continues to build the AscellaHealth culture, emphasizing teamwork and innovation between departments and all management levels. He keeps a close pulse on the organization’s talent and responds to employee needs. Most recently, he listened to employee feedback and propelled the development of an employee volunteer program. The Commitment to Care program provides opportunities for employees to give back to the local community by participating in a day of service.
