From operations to strategic partnerships to talent acquisition to technology, Kaley Wagner not only helped to build CrowdPharm from the ground up, but she consistently changes how things are done to ensure the agency just keeps growing. And over the past 12 months, her work has secured new clients and year-over-year revenue growth.
For example, she led the initiative to improve the strategy behind the agency’s vetting process of its global talent network to maximize the strengths and expertise within the network, directly impacting the quality of work delivered to clients. Today, the agency’s talent network includes 6,700+ members across 120+ countries and territories (including all 50 states in the U.S.).
She also knows the importance of investing in technology and strategic partnerships worldwide to help further drive client efficiencies. Throughout 2022, Kaley established an Asia-Pacific hub to keep the agency’s work moving around the globe by partnering with a group of designers and studio resources located in Singapore and Vietnam. She also expanded CrowdPharm’s global abilities at the local level by joining TheNetworkOne and ensured that CrowdPharm is a full-service Veeva content provider to help clients with programming and CRM content creation.
Never afraid to deliver bold ideas and solutions, she was instrumental in the research, development, and implementation of the company’s new financial/project management platform—leading to a more streamlined and efficient way to operate. According to Shannon Terry, Director of Project Management, CrowdPharm, “Kaley is a master of operations management.”
