Jamie Glass has been with Health & Wellness Partners, LLC (HWP) since its inception in 2005, contributing to its growth from just eight employees to more than 160. With over 25 years of experience in project management, Jamie has been promoted five times within the organization and has been integral to its continued success.
When a need arrived to improve and rebuild the organization’s Medical Marketing division and formalize the Medical Affairs division in order to meet the demands and expectations of both internal and external clients, Jamie led the charge to streamline the operations of these departments. The Medical Marketing division includes a wide array of departments, people, and specialties, and their work is vitally important to the bottom line and client satisfaction, representing over two-thirds of the company’s revenue structure.
Jamie took a panoramic view of all departments, identifying opportunities for collaboration and strengthening, then started from the ground up using pillars of People and Process to unite and transform the Medical and Marketing divisions. Since she stepped into this role, Jamie has increased productivity by over 50%, ensured better team dynamics and communication, streamlined organizational structure, and redistributed talent across her span of control to meet client needs.
Jamie has also led seven cross functional process-mapping workshops with over 50 employees to date. The goal is to engage the entire organization this year to dissect and rebuild company procedures. While rebuilding the company’s structure and streamlining processes, Jamie also sets out to match each team member’s strengths to their role even if it means redefining roles to ensure team members feel excited and passionate about their jobs. She also serves as an Executive Mentor and moderator for the organization’s formal mentorship program that is focused on helping employees magnify their influence and develop future leaders.
Her ultimate goal is not only to help the company grow, but each individual who works there. She is thriving in both areas. Under her direction, HWP’s revenue has increased by 52%.
