During her initial roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Andrea refined Publicis Health Media’s strategic footprint in the marketplace. During Andrea’s tenure as President, the agency has experienced significant growth, nearly doubling its full-time head count in recent years, and nearly quadrupling its media billings in the same period. In the past year, she created a dedicated entertainment and content practice, focused on creating culturally relevant and impactful branded content—a first for a health media agency. Her sharp industry perspective has allowed her to build forward-thinking teams that move at the speed of evolving consumer and marketplace behaviors.

As a thought-leader, Andrea is focused on the future of the industry. She produces an annual Disruptors forecast, highlighting five trends impacting healthcare marketing. In 2019, she launched The PHM HealthFront, the only Upfront for health. The conference brings industry leaders together to discuss the future of health and offer exclusive, proprietary marketing solutions. In 2022, 400+ attendees learned from featured speakers such as Chelsea Clinton, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and Robin Arzón.
