At Calcium, Dave developed and rolled out a multifaceted process for project completion—one that was laid out to seamlessly employ talent-to-task and easily flex to accommodate client preferences. Dave has also partnered with clients to engineer digital enterprise solutions at the corporate level. With Genentech, he supervised the development of an oncology speaker program, which brought together some of the most influential names in the disease space. And he developed and launched PfizerPro—a corporate-wide platform that streamlines web development across all of Pfizer’s professional brands.
In an industry where successful output is often measured by deliverables, scopes, and timelines, Dave helps make the impossible, possible: His efforts helped orchestrate a 52% growth in Calcium’s company size during the pandemic and expand a $300,000 business to $4 million within eight months; all demonstrating his ability to scale operations to meet client demands. When the pandemic first hit, Dave was instrumental in ensuring Calcium achieved first quarter revenue targets in 2021.
What further sets Dave apart in our industry is his role as a mentor. In 2017, Dave taught a semester-long class at Penn State, his alma mater, on the nuances of pharmaceutical advertising. At Publicis, he served as an Early Career Development Ambassador, leading workshops on project management for Publicis interns at career development fairs. And with each professional position he’s held, he has guided his teams with compassion and fortitude.
