Over the span of his career, Joel has built an impressive pedigree that includes a long tenure at CDM New York and stops at Ogilvy Health, FCB Health, and TBWA. At each agency, Joel developed critical skills that gave rise to a sixth sense for what the market needed, long before the market had any idea.

In January 2021, Joel brought this treasure trove of knowledge and insight to Takeda Pharmaceuticals. After years of creating materials for the field, Joel knows first-hand the value of the field sales team and partners with them to develop the necessary tools to respond to the ever-changing conditions on the ground. Joel understands the challenges and opportunities of the hybrid selling model that continues to evolve in these “after times.” With the support of colleagues and agency partners, he provides the sales team with the tools they need to engage with their customers in whichever platform they prefer.
