ELITE 2022 Mentor Pamela Kerr of Klick Health

Pamela Kerr

SVP, Delivery and Project Management

Klick Health

Putting Her People First

To say Pam Kerr is an exceptional mentor is an understatement. Just ask her team of almost 40 project management professionals. They have a long list of ways she has helped lead them to success, pointing out three enviable character traits: her ability to inspire and motivate people, her desire to lead by example, and her tenacity to protect her team. She cherishes the people on her team like they are part of her family and it shows.

It shows in the way she puts people first and finds time for everyone. It shows in her dedication to creating memorable experiences for everyone who reports to her, even during an unprecedented global pandemic. It shows in how she treats every team member’s promotion uniquely and tries to make it a special experience for the individual.

Pam leads by example and garners respect through her dedication to the team’s combined success. “With Pam, respect is earned—not taken, and she has earned every ounce of the incredible amount of respect our team has for her,” adds Josh Kim, VP Program Director at Klick Health and one of Pam’s direct reports.

Others comment on how she has come to the aid of project managers on her team to ensure that escalated situations are being measured fairly and providing a positive environment to ensure successful project execution and delivery. This mutual understanding between her and her team is undoubtedly why she has promoted so many individuals throughout her years at Klick. And being the great mentor she is, Pam often leaves her peers wondering how she makes it all happen.

Victoria Sherriff-Scott, Executive Director SVP Science & Regulatory, has worked with Pam at Klick for over a decade, saying: “I honestly don’t know how she finds the time to teach, lead, and do it all at once, but I’ve personally benefited from her feedback, her transparency, her patience, and her unparalleled understanding of the business. She has been my teammate, my coach, my fan, and my friend. She is the ultimate partner in delivery. And she is generous with the most valuable commodity there is—her time.”
