Vice President of Client Services
Nicole Hoadley is a leader who is connected, on a deep level, with the mission of her company and the goals of her team. Her leadership, however, does not just extend within her own team, she also has a knack for connecting with clients as well as patients—and for bringing the two together to co-create content and strategies that achieve superior results for the patient community.
Managing one of the larger books of business at Snow Companies, Nicole has built steadfast relationships with her clients, patients, and team. Additionally, Nicole has pioneered many of the video and digital offerings that are now core to Snow’s business. She also has worked in just about every large disease category. And whether that means partnering through a launch or working to support a more mature brand, Nicole approaches everything with the same vigor and entrepreneurial spirit. There is never a challenge that Nicole can’t find a solution to because of her unique ability to bring all people, all perspectives, to the table.
Nicole’s connectedness is not just a work-skill, it’s part of who she is. For example, Nicole is very involved with her alma mater, Christopher Newport University. She supports career days representing Snow as a major local employer, acts as a mentor and intermediary between the business community and CNU’s students, and sits as a board member on the Luter School of Business Board of Advisors. She is a champion of working moms and has become the quasi-mentor within the office—always there to spend a few minutes or offer a few tips.
“As good as Nicole is at her job, she is an even better human being,” says Blake Shewey, EVP, Snow Companies. “She always has time for people—whether it’s her patients, her clients, her team, or her family. We all wonder when she sleeps. But her leadership permeates the office and has made her a go-to person for people who are looking for a new solution.”
