Currently, she leads a team that supports the marketing efforts of more than 30 U.S. pharmaceutical brands comprising more than $13 billion in revenue. Jacki is an innovative thinker who has never been satisfied with the status quo.
One example of her leadership in action: The implementation of iREACH, a multichannel customer experience for healthcare providers where sales reps are empowered to better engage their customers through interactive sales aids and communication materials.
Jacki’s leadership continues to encourage the integration of technology, data, and strategy as critical factors for U.S. commercial brand initiatives and will ultimately ensure AbbVie is well-positioned to take full advantage of modern marketing’s competitive advantages, both now and in the future. For instance, her partnership with marketing drove the vision that led to the implementation of AbbVie’s enterprise web content management system based on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. This new platform supported the successful launch of the newly redesigned product websites and will be instrumental in driving enhanced customer experiences across all AbbVie brands.
