Angie’s approach: To maximize the impact of business development initiatives by ensuring that the new business MedThink pursues and wins is well planned and strategically aligned with the agency’s business, as well as MedThink’s capabilities, long-term vision, and plans for growth. With Angie’s leadership, MedThink has seen existing client relationships create new business opportunities with new brands, resulting in agency-of-record assignments, addition to agency rosters, and streamlining of MedThink’s sales process. The bottom line: New business wins in 2017 will contribute to revenue growth of more than 50% in 2018 for the agency.

Furthermore, this smart-selling approach has not only generated significant revenue for the agency, but based on the agency’s 2017 client survey responses, has now resulted in a company Net Promoter Score at the highest end of industry benchmarks for professional services firms.
