In an article titled “Half of hospitals penalized in 2015 by CMS quality program will pay again in 2016” (published December 15, 2015) a percent sign was missing in a sentence describing hospital performance. Out of the 758 hospitals in the worst performing quartile in FY 2016, approximately 53.7% were also in the worst performing quartile in FY 2015.
