(Nasdaq: CHFS) today announced that the company will be an exhibitor at the 19th Annual Southwest Nephrology Conference and 6th Annual Cardio Renal Metabolic Conference to be held jointly on October 5-6, 2018 at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Resort in Phoenix, Ariz.  The company will be exhibiting at Booth #211.
