Leading immunotherapy expert Thomas Gajewski M.D., Ph.D., leader of the Immunology and Cancer program at the University of Chicago Comprehensive Cancer Center, Director of Melanoma Oncology, and a Professor in the Ben May Department for Cancer Research, will present on the STING (Stimulator of Interferon Genes) pathway as an important new therapeutic target and speak on its potential for groundbreaking innovation in immunotherapy.

About Thomas Gajewski, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Gajewski is the leader of the Immunology and Cancer program at the University of Chicago Comprehensive Cancer Center, Director of Melanoma Oncology, and a Professor in the Ben May Department of Cancer Research. His research interests include the role of the STING pathway in immunity, the molecular and cellular regulation of T lymphocyte activation and differentiation, and the application of this information in immune-based cancer therapy.
