2014 Pharma Choice Entry Instructions

The industry will be looking and voting for the finest, most impactful creative work—make sure you’re represented!

PM360 is seeking the best medical and healthcare industry advertising in 2014. All entries will be posted on our website and your industry colleagues will then vote for their favorite ads. The winners will be featured in PM360’s January 2015 Issue.

Eligibility: All ads published or released in print, digital, or video format from August 2013 to August 2014 are eligible. Professional, consumer, corporate, self-promotional ads and public service announcements qualify.

Categories: Submissions can be made in the following categories:

  • App
  • Consumer Website
  • DTC/DTP (Print)
  • NEW: Multi-channel
  • Professional Campaign (Print)
  • Professional Website
  • Sales Aid (Print)
  • Self-promotion (Digital)
  • Self-promotion (Print)
  • NEW: Unbranded (Digital)
  • Unbranded (Print)
  • Video
  • NEW: Other (Anything that doesn’t fit in the above categories)

Entry Fee: The cost per entry is $200, and there are no restrictions on the amount of submissions. One completed entry form (see link in the left-hand column) must accompany each entry.

Extended Deadline: All submissions must be in by October 31, 2014.

Entry Submissions: All ad files must conform to the below described specifications.

Featured Images

Each entry must include a featured image. This static image is what users will first see on the entry directory. Featured images must be provided for all entry types including websites and video submissions.

Print Advertisment Entry Specifications:

File Format: JPEG, GIF, or PNG. Image Size: Suggested minimum size is 900 x 1200 pixels. Image Resolution: 96 Pixels ppi.

Interactive / Rich Media / Video Advertisement:

Please provide a URL for interactive pieces and a URL to a video hosting service such as YouTube or Vimeo for video submissions.

Websites or Apps:

Provide a URL to the website or app.
