The provider of innovative dosage forms and solutions recently announced its new expanded executive leadership team including: John Shroyer as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Erasmo Schutzer as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer, Ian Robertson as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, Christopher Game as Senior Vice President of Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer, John Cullivan as Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development and Strategy, Amit Patel as Senior Vice President and President of the newly created Dosage Form Solutions business unit, and Donal Loughrey as Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain.

Cedarburg Hauser Pharmaceuticals

After three successful years as Director of Research, John K. Lynch, Ph.D. was promoted to Chief Scientific Officer. In his new role, Lynch will manage the entire Scientific operations including overseeing the process development, R&D and analytical groups. Prior to Cedarburg Hauser, Lynch served 15 years at Abbott Technologies, and he obtained his Ph.D. from Harvard University.

Durata Therapeutics

With more than 25 years of experience, Allison Wey was hired as Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Affairs. Prior to joining Durata Therapeutics, Wey served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs at Par Pharmaceuticals and Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Boron, LePore & Associates, Inc.

Echo Therapeutics

Hired Daniel Sunday as Vice President of Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain. Prior to Echo Therapeutics, he served 12 years as Plant Manager at Animas Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson company. He was responsible for creating and developing new supply chain policies, objectives and initiatives that were parallel to the company’s strategies.

Emisphere Technologies

The biopharmaceutical company based in Cedar Knolls, NJ, appointed Alan L. Rubino as President and Chief Executive Officer. He was also elected to the company’s Board of Directors. Rubino brings more than 30 years of experience in the industry, and he most recently served as CEO and President of New American Therapeutics, Inc. There he was responsible for the success of Denavir, a treatment for HSV-1 cold sores.

Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG)

The health-oriented agency appointed Shannon Boyles as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In her new role, she will oversee the human resources departments at the following PHCG companies: Digitas Health, Publicis Life Brands Medicus and Medicus International. Additionally, Boyle will provide support to the PHCG media division and the resource management function. Prior to joining PHCG, she held positions at AstraZeneca, Capital One Financial, JP Morgan/Chase and American Express.
