ELITE 2018 Strategist Jess Seilheimer of Intouch Solutions

Jess Seilheimer

SVP, Strategic Development

Intouch Solutions

The Opportunity Architect

If there’s a complex issue, Jess Seilheimer simplifies it. If there’s a bigger picture, Jess sees it. And if there’s an opportunity, Jess makes the most of it. From insight mining to strategic ideation, she uses a blend of experience, insight, and intuition to drive her recommendations. Jess believes the foundation of an actionable strategy or impact idea is built on a unique business or customer insight.

For almost two years, she has held the role of SVP, Strategic Development at Intouch Solutions, where she focuses on a dual remit for both business development and client strategy within the agency’s existing client portfolio. Overall, she has more than 15 years of consumer and healthcare marketing experience.

Since arriving at Intouch, Jess has contributed to the agency’s positioning, helped identify and expand agency capabilities, pioneered a new insights and strategic framework, and revamped the pitch playbook. This has resulted in multiple new business AOR + DAOR wins/revenue growth, as well as “land and expand” organic growth within Intouch’s existing client portfolio.

When a challenging business, branding, positioning, or pre-launch opportunity arises for clients, Jess is regularly asked for by name. She has the innate ability to craft an insights-driven workshop that not only achieves its goals in less than three hours, but she also knows how to fill the room with the best minds to elicit and ideate the desired workshop content—a precursor to building an exceptional strategy or CX. She establishes winning teams based on collective skill sets and leads a room with insight, passion, and believability.

Prior to joining Intouch, Jess ran her own strategic consultancy, Cretegic, from 2014 to 2015; worked as SVP, Digital Innovation and Strategic Planning and VP, GAS at Havas Health from 2009 to 2013; and held VP, GAS, and AS client service roles at Grey from 2005 to 2009.

Jess’s years of strategic success have also landed her on the advisory boards of Rutgers’ Design Thinking program and 4As Strategy Committee. Outside of work, as a member of She Runs It and NY Women in Communications, she is dedicated to helping other women in this industry thrive.
